The agenda will include roll call, the reading of minutes, presentation of all pertinent reports including financial, summer camp week, and physical plant reports, election of board members and officers, insurance issues, the increase in operating expenses, worker and counselor training and responsibilities, etc.  We will discuss the use of our camp for other activities, e.g. hunter safety programs, and other such activities that promote godly conduct and attitudes in relationships among Christian kids, teens and young adults on a social level.

 A fresh look at CYE’s overall purpose will be examined.  Are we on target?

 Board members whose terms expire today are: Terrell Guillory, Greg Trahan and Don McGee.

 Attendance of both corporation membership and directing board members is highly encouraged.
