RE: Notification of Summer 2025 Board of Directors and Summer Annual Corporation meetings
Membership and Board Members:
This letter serves as a notice of the 2025 Annual Corporation Meeting and the 2025 Summer Board of Directors Meeting of CYE. Both meetings will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Christian Youth Encampment beginning at 9:00AM.
The agenda will include roll call, the reading of minutes, presentation of all pertinent reports including financial, summer camp week, and physical plant reports, election of board members and officers, etc. We will discuss the use of our camp for other activities that promote godly conduct and attitudes in relationships among Christian kids, teens and young adults on a social level.
We will again look at CYE’s overall purpose. Are we on target?
Board members whose terms expire today are: David Broussard, Heath Chatman and Jamie Roberts.
Attendance from both corporation membership and directing board members is highly encouraged. Members are invited to arrive on Friday should they wish to do so.
Also, please find attached corporation voting proxy form. The proxy is for two votes and is given to a congregation whose representative(s) are in good standing with their congregation and who will be present at the corporation meeting. The director unable to attend is to assign his vote to another director who is in good standing as a member of a corporation congregation.
The Board of Directors Meeting will immediately follow the Corporation Meeting.
